Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact.

- Fabrics and dress materials in their original cut length, unused.
- Sarees, lehengas, and ready-to-wear suits with tags attached.
- Items received damaged or different from what was ordered — reported within 48 hours.

- Items that have been stitched, altered, or customised at customer request.
- Bridal trousseau and made-to-measure orders.
- Items with the tag removed or showing signs of use.
- Items returned without prior authorisation.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
