Fazals has a simple and hassle-free exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website provided following conditions are fulfilled:
- The product can be exchanged or Returned in store at our Commercial street, Bangalore & Jayanagar stores, Bangalore.
- The product RETURN must be initiated within 3 Days from the date it is delivered to you.
- The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authentic city cards, bags, designer boxes if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
- Any garment sought to be returned, should be unworn or unwashed. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for exchange.
- Returns not allowed on products with offers / Discounts.
- Returns not allowed on custom made or altered products.
- No refund will be given for Return Shipping.
- If Fazals agrees to accept the product you will receive a refund to the account that the purchase was paid from.
