✓ How do I know my order has been placed?

Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified by email.

🔍 How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a tracking number / AWB by email. You can view the status of your shipment at every stage:

• In process — we are preparing your items.
• Shipped — package is on its way.
• Out for delivery — in your city, arriving today or tomorrow.
• Delivered — received successfully.

⏱ When will I receive my order?

• Within Bangalore: 48 hours from dispatch
• Within India: 4 days from dispatch
• Outside India: 7 days from dispatch (on request)

Shipments Outside India

We ship internationally on request. Get in touch and we'll set up shipping to your country.

↩ 7-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact.

✓ What Can Be Returned

• Fabrics and dress materials in their original cut length, unused.
• Sarees, lehengas, and ready-to-wear suits with tags attached.
• Items received damaged or different from what was ordered — reported within 48 hours.

⚠ What Cannot Be Returned

• Items that have been stitched, altered, or customised at customer request.
• Bridal trousseau and made-to-measure orders.
• Items with the tag removed or showing signs of use.
• Items returned without prior authorisation.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

🔄 Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different colour, size, or design subject to availability. Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to start an exchange.

✉ How to Initiate a Return

1. Reach out via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason.
2. Our team will share the return shipping address and pickup options where available.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship it back; share the AWB / tracking number with us.
5. We'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and check out securely. You can also call any of our stores or message us on WhatsApp for assisted ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and select wallets at checkout. Cash and card accepted in store.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.

How do I know my size?

See our Size Chart for detailed measurements. For custom-fit garments, our in-store consultants will take your measurements.

Do you offer alterations?

Yes — in-house tailoring at both our Bengaluru stores. We can stitch unstitched fabrics and alter ready-to-wear pieces to fit perfectly.

How long does delivery take?

How do I care for my garments?

Most of our pieces are best dry-cleaned to preserve fabric, embroidery, and finish. Specific care instructions are mentioned on each product page.
