Conditions for Exchange 

Fazals has a simple and hassle-free exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website provided following conditions are fulfilled: 

• The products must be exchanged within 15 days from date it is delivered to you. 
• The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authentic city cards, bags, designer boxes if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product. 
• Any garment sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn or unwashed. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for exchange. 

 If Fazals agrees to exchange the product you will receive credit in Fazals Wallet, which can then be used for purchasing any other merchandise. 

Products that are custom made or altered cannot be exchanged
